Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one email management tool, which will give you full authority over your email mailbox accounts and mailing lists. With this user-friendly GUI, you can set up a new e-mail box in no time and administer its settings easily. Moreover, you can forward mail messages from one electronic mail account to another, set up mail filters, create autoresponders and guard your e-mail box accounts against junk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesirable mails will find their way into your email mailbox. Your mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a particular mailbox.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for sorting your incoming e-mails according to certain criteria set by you. Setting up e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantly. You can easily create an e-mail filter for any of your mail accounts and choose the e-mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming mail messages from one e-mail account to another, or even to several other electronic mail accounts. Just select the e-mail box account you wish to forward mails from, then select the destination mailbox and select if you would like to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly configure the mail client of your liking to access your e-mail box accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the electronic mail account you would like to set up on your desktop PC or mobile device and click on the e-mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new mail account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple email accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also allow you to easily set up an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to view and our system will take care of the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all email box - you can do that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
